We supply ready-mix concrete in various strength classes, including structural, flooring, road, semi-dry concrete, stabilisations and cement-sand bedding. We also prepare mixes tailored to the individual requirements of a project.
We produce standard concrete classes used in construction as well as mixes prepared to individual recipes. The concrete class should follow the design documentation. If the client is unsure which mix is appropriate, we help choose a solution for the intended use.
Yes. To fulfil an order we need the concrete class and the quantity in m³. The concrete class is usually stated in the building design. When calculating the quantity it is worth allowing around 10% extra, because we deliver the amount of concrete that was ordered.
The minimum ready-mix order for collection is 0.5 m³. Collection should be arranged in advance by phone or email to confirm mix availability and the preparation time.
The minimum quantity for site delivery depends on the location, mix type, transport availability and unloading method. Details are agreed individually when the order is placed.
It is best to place an order 2–3 days in advance. At the peak of the construction season it is worth contacting us around a week earlier to reserve a convenient delivery slot.
Yes. We offer concrete with additives and admixtures matched to the requirements of a given project. Details are selected individually, depending on the intended use of the mix and the conditions of placement.
Yes. We advise on the concrete class, mix type, transport method and how the concrete is placed. Where needed, we review the intended use and the requirements from the design documentation.
We manufacture, among other things, concrete rings, manholes, pipes, culverts, KPED elements, road slabs, jumbo slabs, channels, kerbs, blocks, hollow blocks, manhole covers, relieving rings, and selected made-to-order concrete elements.
Yes. We produce selected made-to-order elements when this is technically possible. The best way is to send an email enquiry with a description, dimensions, quantity, technical drawing or information about the available mould. We will prepare an individual quote on that basis.
Yes. We manufacture concrete manholes to the requirements of a specific project. Based on the technical documentation you send, e.g. a manhole diagram with the layout of openings, sleeves and invert benches, we prepare elements tailored to the project.
Manhole elements with a diameter of 1000, 1200 and 1500 mm are joined with a gasket. Manholes with a diameter of 1800, 2000 and 2500 mm are joined with mortar.
Yes. Our foundation blocks are chamfered, which improves the appearance of the finished work and makes laying easier.
On one truck-and-trailer trip you can carry up to 768 blocks measuring 14 × 25 × 38 cm, or up to 702 blocks measuring 12 × 24 × 49 cm. The final quantity may depend on the type of transport, vehicle availability and the specifics of the order.
Yes. We serve both individual customers and construction companies, developers, farms, municipalities and larger investments. Whether small orders can be fulfilled depends on the product type, quantity and transport availability.
Yes. We have our own fleet, including mixer trucks, mixer-pumps, a concrete pump, HDS vehicles, tractor units, trailers, cement tankers and a dump truck. This lets us organise concrete delivery, transport of concrete products and unloading on site.
Mixer-pumps carry from 1 to 7 m³ of concrete, mixer trucks from 1 to 10 m³, and dump trucks used for aggregates can carry up to 24 tonnes of material. Transport is selected individually for the type of order, quantity and site conditions.
Yes. Pumping concrete is an additional service. The cost depends, among other things, on the quantity of concrete, site location, equipment type, working time and on-site conditions. We prepare the quote individually.
We have mixer-pumps with a reach of up to 32 m and a large concrete pump with a maximum reach of 42 m. Equipment is selected according to the quantity of concrete, the pouring location, site access and working conditions.
A large concrete pump needs about 11 m of width to set out its outriggers, while a mixer-pump needs about 6 m. Before delivery, a safe approach, stable ground and adequate working space must be provided.
The access route should be hard, stable, even and sufficiently load-bearing for heavy vehicles. The minimum width of the access road should be about 3–3.5 m. Attention should also be paid to power lines, branches, canopies, deep excavations and other obstacles at the vehicle working area.
Yes. We have HDS trucks, so we can deliver and unload concrete products directly on site. Unloading depends on the location, product type and access conditions.
Lead time depends on the product type, quantity, delivery location and current production and transport load. Standard orders are best placed 2–3 days in advance. In the construction season it is worth planning the order earlier.
Yes. We work on Saturdays from 7:00 to 14:00. Saturday deliveries and collections should be arranged in advance, especially in the construction season.
Yes, by prior arrangement. Payment on site, payment against a pro forma invoice, a VAT invoice or a receipt are possible. Payment details are agreed when the order is placed.
Yes. Our products are manufactured in line with applicable requirements, and for products that require them we issue the relevant documents, including declarations of performance.
For a concrete quote we need: the concrete type or class, quantity in m³, delivery location, preferred date, and whether the concrete should be placed by pump, mixer-pump or unloaded directly from the mixer truck.
For a quote on concrete products we need the product name, quantity, dimensions or technical parameters, delivery location, and whether transport and HDS unloading are required.
